How To Make Baked New York Cheesecake

Ingredients –

280g – Digestive Biscuits
160g – Unsalted Butter, Melted
2 Tbs – Caster Sugar
900g – Full Fat Cream Cheese
225g – Caster Sugar
2 Tbs – Cornstarch
4 – Whole Free Range Eggs
1 – Free Range Egg Yolk
1/2 Cup – Heavy Full Cream
1 1/2 tsp – Vanilla Extract
1 tsp – Lemon Zest

This Cheesecake can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days, and be frozen for up to 3 months. Serve with Mixed Berry Compote, Lemon Curd or Nuts
