1 Zucchini, onion omelet 250 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1/2 medium chopped yellow onion
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 medium grated zucchini
2 white mushrooms
salt and black pepper
5 grape tomatoes
3 egg whites

1/2 tbsp feta cheese
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a medium nonstick skillet set over medium heat.
Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.

Preparation

Add the spinach and saute until wilted, 2 minutes.
