Fluffy Cheese Potato Bread

I made fluffy and soft potato bread.
It’s simple, but good for brunch.
Instead of potatoes, you can use sweet potatoes or sweet pumpkins.
Add other additional ingredients such as sweet corn or green onion
You can also make it to your liking.

✤ Dough

– 200g Bread flour
– 61g, 1 Room temperature egg
– 80ml Warm milk
– 4g Instant dry yeast (big 1tsp)
– 20g Sugar(2tbsp)
– 3g Salt (flat 1tsp)
– 30g Melted unsalted butter(5tbsp)

✤ Charging

– 2 Potatoes (430g) Weight with peels
– 3 pinches of salt
– A little pepper powder
– 40g Heavy cream or milk(4~5tbsp)
– 140g Mozzarella cheese

✤ Toppings

– Milk (before baking)
– 2tbsp Melted unsalted butter (after baking)
– Parsley (optional)

✤ TIP

– You can substitute vegetable oil instead of butter.
– You can substitute milk for eggs.
– You can substitute sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, etc. instead of potatoes.
