Overnight Oats 5 Ways Back to School
Strawberry Lemonade
½ cup strawberries
1 tbsp lemon juice and lemon zest
½ cup yogurt
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice (almond milk will work best)
Piña Colada
½ cup crushed pineapples
1 tbsp shredded coconuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp honey

½ cup milk of choice (coconut milk will work best)
*Notes – fresh pineapples will sometimes taste a little bitter. I recommend cooking up your pineapples first or use crushed pineapples from a can.
Golden Milk
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 tsp grated ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of black pepper
1 tbsp honey
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds

½ cup milk of choice (coconut milk will work best)
Plum Almond
½ cup plum (diced)
½ tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp almond extract
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice (almond milk will work best)
Almond Joy
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond butter
Pinch of salt
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp shredded coconut
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
