(recommended: onion, eggplant, carrot, zucchini, green pepper, paprika, any mushroom)

2 tsp grated garlic
2 tsp grated ginger
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbs chicken stock powder (or 1cube)
2-3tbs curry powder

(recommended: onion, carrot, green pepper, green peas, any mushroom)
250g (9oz) chicken breast (or thigh, sausage, bacon, etc,)
750g(26oz) cooked rice
7-8 tbsp ketchup
2.5 tbsp soy sauce
salt & pepper
5 eggs
1 head of broccoli

2 tsp grated garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp miso
4 tbsp mayo

2 tsp soy sauce
