Easy Fish Piccata Recipe

Easy Italian fish recipe for dinner. Easy Fish Piccata Recipe is a fish fillet dredged in a flour, seared until light golden brown with a lemon caper white wine sauce.
For my fish piccata recipe I am using flounder fillet, but you can also use fillet of sole, trout, tilapia, halibut. Fish Piccata is great to serve over pasta or mashed potatoes.
Piccata recipe is very easy to make, but absolutely delicious and has a lot of flavor to it.

2 fish fillet
1.5 cup flour
2 tbsp capers
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp parsley

White Pepper
