This time I’m making purple sweet potato glutinous rice rolls with a low-sugar formula. It requires simple ingredients and is relatively easy to make. It’s very soft, glutinous and sweet. Friends who like glutinous rice flour and purple sweet potatoes must give it a try.

 

Dough:

– 120g glutinous rice flour
– 30g/2tbsp corn starch
– 30g/2tbsp suguar
– 180ml water
– 2tbsp oil

Filling:

– 150g purple sweet potato puree
– 2tbsp honey
– 1 ½ tbsp milk

Coating:

40g white sesame seed
